Aptar Pharma designs and manufactures drug delivery systems for the pulmonary and nasal delivery routes, amongst others, helping to improve the health of patients around the world. Our customers are international pharmaceutical laboratories

This role is based in Aptar Pharma’s Operational Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager Global Events, you will work on the organization and execution of a major international conference to be held in April 2027 in the south of France in collaboration with an events agency and our co-organizers of the conference.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure adherence to project timeline and project budget
• Coordination with and execution of our contract with events agency and conference co-organizers to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met
• Development and execution of all agreed-to conference materials under Aptar Pharma contract responsibilities
• Support the delivery of Aptar Pharma sponsorship assets including coordination of exhibition stand and related physical and digital materials
• Development and execution of key event logistics in relation to the Conference, Gala Dinner event, conference food & beverage and conference center
• Support Conference online activation through the contribution to the set-up, coordination and execution of conference online activation
• Attend conference in person to provide operational support and assisting with day-to-day coordination and ensuring a smooth execution of the event together with agency

Our future colleague :

• Strong project management skills
• Strong communications skills and fluency in English – both written and oral. French is a plus.
• Event execution experience
• Experience developing marketing and communication materials
• Degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, events a plus
• Digital tools creation / digital events experience a plus

This position is a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to June 2027, based in Rueil-Malmaison (92)
