Service Channel Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily Data Analysis: Regular monitoring and analysis of data, visualization, root cause analysis, and report generation (Revenue, T1 & T2 PSI, WOS, rebates, etc.).

• Distributor Management: Certification, target breakdown, performance checking, BP review, rebate follow-up, PSI integration, PSI data quality checks, and partner activities.

• Performance Monitoring and Certifications: Tracking and communicating internal and external performance, managing rebates, MBO, CSP, etc.

• Key Account (KA) Management: Monthly review of the KA list, updating the KA system, exporting KA performance data, etc.

• Program-Related Calculations: Monthly partner sales report checking, communicating, and applying CQ.

• Business Communication: Supporting internal exchanges (between headquarters, regions, representation offices, and departments) and external communication (T1 & T2 distributors).

• Coordination and Organization of Marketing Events.

• Internal Training Organization: PRDM, Channel Pass, distributor certification, compliance, etc.

• Channel Compliance and Internal Control Management: PR, CT, SACA, etc.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years working experience in 2C or 2B Channel business.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in channel operations, sales data analysis, and distributor management.

• Very good knowledge in PV solution such as panel, inverter and grid network etc is preferred

• Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills;

• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.

• Good planning and organizational skills;

• Success-oriented, motivation for market development
