The IMS Division is a major player in the design and manufacturing of high value-added technical solutions for industrial markets worldwide. Operating across Europe, North Africa, Asia and the Americas, the Division relies on the expertise of nearly 1,400 employees to support its customers' growth and deliver sustainable performance.
Your Role Reporting directly to the EVP Division and serving as a member of the Division Management Committee, you lead all Controlling and Costing activities across the IMS Division within a complex international multisite environment.
As a strategic business partner to Executive Leadership, you ensure the reliability of financial information, support key decision-making processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Division's profitability and operational performance.
You oversee the Controlling and Costing activities for the Chemillé, Seifhennersdorf and Sousse sites while providing functional support to the development of business activities in Casablanca, Ensenada and Suzhou.
Your Main Responsibilities Your responsibilities are structured around several key areas:
Financial Performance Management- Lead the Division's financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, monthly reporting and financial closings.
- Consolidate, analyze and challenge financial results and forecasts across all Division sites.
- Provide Executive Management with relevant financial analyses and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and drive initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of financial reporting submitted to the Group.
Multisite Controlling Leadership- Ensure the consistent application of Group financial policies, governance rules and controlling standards across all sites.
- Coordinate and support Site Controllers throughout the Division.
- Partner closely with operational teams to achieve financial and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of performance management processes and financial governance practices.
- Promote best practices and ensure alignment across all locations.
Costing & Business Case Management- Lead and develop the Division Costing team.
- Ensure the accuracy of product costing and the harmonization of costing methodologies across the Division.
- Validate the financial assumptions supporting industrial and strategic projects.
- Coordinate, challenge and approve business cases related to capital investments, work transfers, make-or-buy decisions and business development initiatives.
- Deliver robust financial evaluations that support informed management decisions.
Investments, Internal Control & Cash Management- Participate in the evaluation, prioritization and monitoring of investment projects.
- Ensure compliance with the Group's internal control framework and financial requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks across the Division.
- Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital, inventory levels and cash generation.
- Ensure compliance with Group accounting, financial reporting and governance standards.
Leadership & Talent Development- Lead, coach and develop the Division's Controlling and Costing teams.
- Foster collaboration between sites and encourage the sharing of best practices.
- Support the recruitment, development and succession planning of Finance talents across the Division.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Actively support Health, Safety and Environment initiatives and contribute to the Division's Zero Accident objective.
Your Profile With a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, you bring at least 10 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Financial Leadership roles within an international multisite industrial organization. You have a strong background in industrial controlling, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as proven expertise in investment analysis, costing and business case management. Comfortable operating in complex matrix organizations, you are recognized for your ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge business decisions and translate financial data into actionable recommendations. Your leadership, analytical mindset and strategic vision enable you to drive performance and support transformation initiatives in a fast-paced international environment. You demonstrate strong integrity, autonomy and results orientation, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English is required. This Management Committee position involves regular international travel across the Division's sites.
