DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role We are currently looking for a strategic and hands‑on Finance Director to lead our financialoperations in France. This is a key leadership position for someone eager to shape financialstrategy, drive performance, and ensure compliance in a dynamic and fast‑pacedenvironment. If you bring a strong background in finance leadership, deep understanding offinancial regulations, and a collaborative mindset, we’d love to hear from you. As the Finance Director, you will:

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensureeffective financial management, internal control, and compliance with localregulations and Group policies. Manage the overall financial operations of the company, including financialplanning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, managementreports, and financial analysis while ensuring adherence to internal controlprocesses. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunitiesfor improvement while maintaining a high level of ethics and compliance. Provide strategic financial advice to the senior management team, supportingdecision-making and ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals. Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, toprovide financial insights and support business initiatives. Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirementswhile implementing internal control processes according to Group policies. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, andfinancial institutions. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence,continuous improvement, collaboration, and a strong commitment to ethics andcompliance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Finance Director:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualificationpreferred. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a Finance Director orController. Strong understanding of French accounting standards, tax regulations, and internalcontrol processes. In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies, drive processimprovements, and enhance financial performance while ensuring compliance andinternal control. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data andprovide strategic insights. Strong business acumen and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelyengage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in Distribution or similar industry would be advantageous. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
