Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Parallel Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

As a Front Desk Agent (Rotating Shifts) you are the hotels ambassador ensuring a warm professional welcome to every guest while delivering service in line with Marriott International and Four Points by Sheraton brand standards.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Welcoming assisting and providing information to guests throughout their stay.

- Performing check-in and check-out procedures.

- Managing individual reservations and handling special guest requests.

- Processing payments preparing invoices and ensuring accurate administrative follow-up.

- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.

- Handling guest complaints professionally and providing appropriate solutions.

- Ensuring effective communication and handover between departments and shift teams.

- Working closely with other hotel departments (Housekeeping Food & Beverage Engineering etc.) to ensure seamless guest service.

- Ensuring compliance with Marriott standards quality procedures and safety policies.

- Performing duties specific to morning evening and night shifts according to the work schedule.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a hotel Front Office role.

- Previous experience within a Marriott International property is highly preferred.

- Proficiency in OPERA PMS is essential.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

- A third language is considered an asset.

- Excellent presentation and strong customer service skills.

- Well-organized detail-oriented and able to work independently.

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressure.

- Flexible to work rotating shifts including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays.

Required Skills:

- High-end guest service and hospitality.

- Strong knowledge of Front Office procedures.

- Advanced proficiency in OPERA PMS.

- Cash handling and billing management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

- Adherence to Marriott International brand standards.
