CapitaleTech is seeking a talented and innovative AI and Data Science Engineer to join our dynamic team within the accounting industry. As a key contributor, you will leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence and data science techniques to transform complex accounting data into actionable insights, driving smarter financial decision-making and operational efficiencies. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models tailored to accounting data and processes.
- Analyze large financial datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with accounting experts to understand domain-specific challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build data pipelines and maintain data infrastructure to support scalable analytics and AI initiatives.
- Implement natural language processing techniques to enhance financial document analysis and extraction.
- Evaluate and optimize existing models and algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and data science advancements and apply relevant innovations to CapitaleTech's products.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data science, preferably within finance or accounting industries.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages with expertise in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with data processing tools and frameworks such as SQL, Pandas, Spark, or Hadoop.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, financial statements, and related data structures is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions and maintaining them in a dynamic setting.
