We’re supporting a leading aerospace organisation in the search for a commercially minded professional to strengthen and develop its supplier network across Western Europe.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in Aerospace Fasteners, Aero Engine Components or MRO, who understands how the aerospace supply chain operates and enjoys building long-term commercial relationships.

Your background could be in:

• Supply Chain
• Procurement
• Sales
• Business Development
• Key Account Management
• Commercial Management

What matters most is your understanding of the aerospace industry and your ability to work strategically with suppliers and stakeholders.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for developing supplier relationships across Western Europe, identifying new opportunities, improving supplier performance and working closely with internal teams to deliver commercial value and supply chain improvements.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience within Aerospace Fasteners, Aero Engine Components or MRO
• Strong commercial awareness
• Knowledge of aerospace supply chains
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• An understanding of AS9100 or similar aerospace quality standards
• The ability to travel across Europe as required

Location

Ideally based in France, Germany or Spain, although exceptional candidates elsewhere in Western Europe will also be considered.
