Job Description

•Manage day-to-day learning operations, including session planning, scheduling, LMS administration, learner and instructor coordination, and helpdesk support.

•The job description may be expanded later to cover OPCO activities. The selected candidate should be able to support OPCO work after completing the required training and certification.

•Gather learning demand from the business and translate requirements into actionable training plans in collaboration with site and Métierleads.

• Analyse training needs and support the development and deployment of the annual Training Plan (PDC).

•Monitor and optimise training budgets, funding opportunities, and vendor costs.

•Coordinate session scheduling, trainer allocation, room bookings, and resource planning to ensure seamless training delivery.

•Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including session creation, learner enrollment, attendance management, and evaluation form processing.

• Utilise NIIT platforms and tools, including the CxP Portal, Instructor Portal, Room Booking Portal, and Partner Portal, to support learning operations. Note - The tool and the list of activities might change based on the customer/business requirement.

•Handle helpdesk requests and ticket management, ensuring timely resolution of learner, instructor, and stakeholder queries.

•Provide operational support for virtual classroom delivery, including session setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

•Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including Métier teams, suppliers, instructors, and business representatives.

•Act as the primary point of contact for site and Métier leads on all training deployment and operational matters.

•Prepare and maintain training-related reports, operational dashboards, and planning data as required.

•Communicate effectively in both French and English, supporting a multilingual stakeholder environment.

•Manage regulatory training records, certifications, authorisations, and compliance-related activities.

•Coordinate operational training activities across multiple stakeholders and support workload prioritisation.

• Analyse training evaluation results and drive continuous improvement actions.

•Manage and maintain the training catalogue, including course creation, updates, and quality control.
