Website Animation & Promotions Lead (Fixed-Term Contract)

We're excited to be recruiting for an E-commerce CRM & Website Animation Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and commercially minded digital marketing professional, perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce, customer experience, website activation, CRM campaigns, and project management.

You'll be responsible for coordinating website animations, promotional campaigns, CRM initiatives, and customer experience projects that drive engagement, retention, and sales performance.

This is a 7-month fixed-term contract with an ideal start date of 14 September to allow for a handover period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver promotional campaigns and commercial activations on the Ultra Premium Direct website.
• Manage campaigns from idea through to implementation, including stakeholder alignment, creative briefing, testing, and launch.
• Execute website animations, promotional mechanics, banners, overlays, and customer-facing messaging.
• Support CRM and customer lifecycle initiatives focused on retention, engagement, and reactivation.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across Marketing, CRM, Acquisition, Design, and E-commerce teams.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support key business periods including promotional events, Black Friday, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage customer experience and website optimisation projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved.

About you

• Previous experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, customer experience, campaign management, or project coordination.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing deadlines.
• Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and website platforms.
• Interested in customer journeys, loyalty, retention, and e-commerce performance.
• Able to combine operational delivery with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent French is essential, as this role is dedicated to the French market and involves daily interactions with French-speaking partners and internal stakeholders.

This role would particularly suit someone with a degree, apprenticeship, or first professional experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, acquisition, or project management who is looking to take the next step in their career.
