Go-to-market Enablement Intern

Help international commercial teams learn faster, work smarter and perform at their best.

This six-month internship offers hands-on experience in international GTM enablement, AI-powered content creation and technology adoption across France, Spain, the UK, Mexico and the Nordics.

🎯 The opportunity

Mapal is looking for a curious, energetic GTM Enablement Intern to help our customer-facing teams build capability, use their tools effectively and deliver stronger commercial performance. You will join a fast-paced international team and contribute to real projects from the outset.

This is a practical role for someone who enjoys turning complex information into clear, engaging resources. You might spend one day improving an onboarding guide, the next creating an AI-assisted training deck, and the next helping teams adopt a new process or digital tool.

🛠 What you will do

• Create useful enablement content. Develop and maintain presentations, playbooks, tool guides, onboarding resources, learning content and internal communications.

• Support tool adoption. Help GTM teams understand when and how to use our enablement platform, CRM and wider commercial technology stack. Create practical guidance that removes friction and makes good habits easier.

• Use AI thoughtfully. Use tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate research, writing, presentation design, image generation and content production while maintaining accuracy, quality and a clear human point of view.

• Help deliver learning experiences. Support virtual sessions, workshops, onboarding programmes and follow-up activities for sales, customer success and other GTM teams.

• Localise content for international teams. Adapt resources and communications for colleagues across France, Spain, the UK, Mexico and the Nordics, working with local teams to make content relevant rather than simply translating it.

• Listen and improve. Gather feedback, review engagement and usage data, identify adoption barriers and recommend practical improvements.

• Coordinate across the business. Work with sales leaders, customer success, marketing, revenue operations, product specialists and subject matter experts to keep enablement accurate and useful.

• Experiment and build. Where helpful, create lightweight prototypes, tools or interactive resources using AI-assisted, no-code or low-code platforms.

🧩 What you will bring

• Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues across different countries, roles and levels of seniority.

• Professional fluency in French and English is strongly preferred. Spanish language skills would be an additional advantage.

• Confidence using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT for content, presentations and visual creation.

• A sharp eye for clear, well-structured and visually engaging content.

• A personable and collaborative style, with genuine interest in helping others perform better.

• Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Curiosity about sales performance, customer success, workplace learning and the technology that supports commercial teams.

• The judgement to check sources, challenge weak information and improve AI-generated work rather than accepting the first output.

➕ Useful, but not essential

• Experience with AI-assisted building, often called vibe coding, or with no-code and low-code platforms.

• Previous exposure to sales, customer success, marketing, learning and development, enablement or revenue operations.

• Experience creating short-form learning content, videos, digital resources or interactive guides.

• Confidence working with CRM, learning, analytics or project management tools.

• An interest in hospitality or hospitality technology.
