Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by + employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing. Role Overview This role leads the product strategy and direction for Schneider Electric's Partner Digital Solutions ecosystem. The Senior Product Manager is accountable for defining the long-term vision, business outcomes, and roadmap for strategic digital platforms that enable partners to collaborate, execute projects, and operate more efficiently across the customer journey. Rather than directly owning every technical capability, this role provides strategic product leadership across multiple product teams and functions. Working through influence, the role aligns customer needs, business priorities, enterprise architecture, engineering, UX, data, and commercial teams to deliver connected platform experiences, continuity of information across project phases, and scalable business capabilities. What will you do? Product Strategy & Business Leadership Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Partner Digital Solutions. Define measurable business outcomes and prioritize investments based on customer value and strategic impact. Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, information continuity, operational efficiency, and partner experience. Develop business cases and influence executive stakeholders on product direction. Platform Leadership Provide business ownership for strategic platform capabilities spanning multiple products and teams. Drive alignment across engineering, UX, architecture, and business functions to deliver a cohesive platform experience. Champion connected information flows across project phases while balancing customer, business, and technical priorities. Lead product discovery, prioritization, and delivery in partnership with Engineering. Enterprise Collaboration Partner with Enterprise Architecture to evolve integration strategies, interoperability, and common information models. Champion high-quality data, reusable capabilities, and consistent metadata in collaboration with data governance teams. Influence platform decisions that reduce duplicate data, improve traceability, and simplify end-to-end workflows. Build alignment across global business units and manage competing stakeholder priorities. Go-to-Market & Adoption Partner with Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to support successful platform adoption and organizational change. Measure adoption, customer outcomes, and business value to guide future roadmap decisions. Represent the product strategy in leadership reviews and transformation initiatives. What are the key skills we are looking for? Required 10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or digital platforms. Proven experience leading complex platform products through influence in matrix organizations. Strong strategic thinking with experience defining product vision in ambiguous environments. Understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data models, and platform interoperability. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills. Preferred Experience with enterprise collaboration, industrial software, project management, or asset management platforms. Familiarity with software entitlement models, subscription journeys, or partner‑facing digital channels. Knowledge of ERP, CRM, PLM, IoT, or similar enterprise ecosystems. Experience working on digital transformation, platform modernization, or lifecycle information management initiatives. Knowledge of electrical industry tools or project workflows.
