ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – FRENCH & ENGLISH MARKETS (HYBRID)
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid Model)
Schedule: Mon–Thu 09:00–18:00; Fri 09:00–15:00 (Flexibility aligned with market requirements during onboarding)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (Contrato Indefinido)

About the Role
Are you a proactive, quota-driven sales professional passionate about the fast-paced SaaS and e-commerce space? We are seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth across French and English-speaking markets.
Operating within a high-growth scale-up environment in Madrid, you will take ownership of the full outbound sales cycle. Using a call-first, consultative methodology (MEDDIC/BANT), you will connect with e-commerce decision-makers, demonstrate key product value, and close new subscription deals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage target accounts across the French and UK/English-speaking e-commerce markets using cold outreach strategies.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client pain points, leveraging frameworks like MEDDIC or BANT to position customized search and e-commerce solutions.
  • Pipeline Management & Closing: Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach, discovery, and tailored product demos to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Specialists and Marketing teams to maximize pipeline conversion and maintain accurate pipeline metrics in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and new logo acquisition quotas.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in outbound B2B sales or Account Executive roles within a SaaS, digital marketing, or e-commerce scale-up environment.
  • Sales Methodology: Experience using a structured, consultative sales approach (MEDDIC, BANT, or SPIN).
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with modern sales stacks (HubSpot/Salesforce, outreach tools, Google Workspace). Familiarity with digital retail technologies is a strong plus.
  • Work Authorization: Valid EU Work Permit / right to work in Spain is required.
