Your Job

As our IT Support, your mission is to ensure the seamless operational efficiency of Sparteo's technical environment.

You are the backbone of our daily productivity, providing top-tier support to our teams globally. You don't just fix problems; you anticipate them to ensure our scale-up pace never slows down.

This role is based in Paris or Lille. For candidates based in Lille, occasional day trips to Paris are to be expected.

Infrastructure & Fleet Management

• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and security of hardware (laptops, peripherals).

• Keep a rigorous, always up-to-date inventory of our fleet and stock: track every device across its full lifecycle (assignment, holder, location, status, return) and anticipate needs ahead of time so no one is ever left waiting for equipment.

• Keep an eye on the health and compliance of the fleet (device status, security posture, MDM compliance) and act proactively.

• Prepare and manage employee onboarding and offboarding from a technical standpoint (device setup, access provisioning, equipment recovery).

• Drive the lifecycle of our software licensing and SaaS access (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and our wider stack): account creation and deprovisioning, management of user rights and groups, tracking of license allocation and renewals, ensuring every access follows a clean joiner, mover, leaver process.

• Ensure the smooth operation of the office network environment.

Team Support & Documentation

• Handle day-to-day employee support (level 1 and 2) through our ticketing tool (Jira Service Management): qualify, prioritize and resolve requests within target timelines, clearly document each resolution, and escalate recurring issues to address them at the source.

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations.

• Provide on-site technical support when necessary to assist teams and resolve technical issues.

• Documentation is one of the cornerstones of this role. You keep our internal knowledge base, hosted on Notion, populated and continuously up to date, producing clear, well-structured guides and self-help resources that make Sparteo employees autonomous.

Process Optimization & Security

• Implement IT automation to reduce manual support tasks.

• Ensure compliance with Sparteo's security policies and data protection standards.

Your profile for this job

Technical Savvy:

• Strong hands-on macOS knowledge: our fleet is 100% Apple, so you are fully at ease administering, troubleshooting and supporting Macs day to day.

• Proven, hands-on Jamf experience is indispensable. We pilot and deploy our entire Mac fleet through Jamf, our MDM, so you have already handled enrollment, policies, deployment workflows and configuration profiles yourself.

• Okta administration experience is a real plus: our SaaS stack is administered through Okta, and comfort managing users, groups, application assignments and SSO in it will be appreciated.

• Proven experience managing tickets in a service desk tool such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or equivalent.

• We are looking for someone who naturally thinks in terms of documentation: solid, demonstrable experience producing and maintaining a structured documentation base is essential, and you are immediately comfortable working in Notion.

• A strategic thinker with an 'AI-native' reflex, you excel at deconstructing business complexity into flawless operational blueprints. You don't just use AI; you design the structured documentation and logic flows that allow intelligent systems to execute our vision with precision.
