ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

We want you to be a part of our team, from Strasbourg, as a ServiceNow Expert – Hardware Asset Management (HAM) & Software Asset Management (SAM).

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

· Configure, maintain and optimize ServiceNow HAM and SAM functionalities.

· Support hardware and software asset lifecycle management.

· Manage asset records, software models, licences, entitlements and related data.

· Support software licence compliance, reconciliation and optimization.

· Ensure alignment between Asset Management and CMDB.

· Analyze and improve asset data quality.

· Troubleshoot HAM/SAM-related issues.

· Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements and integrations.

· Gather technical and business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

· Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

The consultant must demonstrate experience in:

· Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

· Strong experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

· Strong experience with Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro).

· Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM).

· Good knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.

· Experience with hardware and software asset lifecycle processes.

· Experience with software licence management, entitlements and reconciliation.

· Experience working in large or complex IT environments.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

· Very good command of English.

· ServiceNow IntegrationHub / MID Server

· ITIL certification

· ServiceNow scripting / JavaScript
