Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for business development and management in the Southwest European market, formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's growth targets in this region.
2.Establish and expand relationships with customers, partners, and channel agents, coordinating and supporting them to achieve shared business objectives.
3.Oversee market budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to support business development.
4.Collaborate closely with headquarters teams and other relevant departments to drive the execution of product, market, and business strategies.
5.Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities, develop response strategies, and drive the implementation of marketing initiatives.
6.Regularly report business progress and market trends to senior leadership, providing relevant recommendations to promote business growth.
Candidate Requirements:
1.Proven overseas sales and market management experience, with a background in home appliances/consumer electronics/smart hardware or related industries. Familiarity with retail is preferred.
2.Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills, with the ability to effectively address market challenges and devise effective business development strategies.
3.Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and French.
