The Team

You will be part of the Relocation Team working closely with our Sales Immigration Real Estate and Corporate departments. We are looking for a Relocation Coordinator / Specialist / Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering a seamless experience for international clients moving to France or other counties we operate in Europe.

In this role you will coordinate internal and external clients relocation services manage partners and vendors support our clients end-to-end and ensure smooth communication across teams. You will play a key role in elevating the client experience by acting as their operational point of contact throughout their relocation journey.

Tasks

Lead & Client Management

• Respond to internal lead referral emails and coordinate kick-off communication.
• Hold lead meetings to present and sell Relocation Services (sales-driven attitude).
• Create Service quotes for House Hunt Shipping Translation Document retrieval and other Relocation Services and ensure clients payments
• Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Conduct online video meetings with clients to guide them through processes and updates.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

Delivery of Internal Administrative Services

Delivery of External Administrative Services
