You will be responsible for  :

  • Reporting to the Operations Lead.
  • Establish a functioning system to manage the receipt of products and the subsequent dispatch and loading over the relevant products per venue. 
  • Work with warehouse manager to establish warehouse space division into functions and venues
  • Integration with production to understand the data workflows
  • Training on Quest (our asset management system) to operate “QR code” tracking into warehouse and the subsequent dispatch and arrival on venue.
  • Provide loading lists per venue  Integration with warehouse manager to pick and pack loads.
  • Build relationships with suppliers to ensure quality control and regular reporting procedures.
  • Identify risks within your supply chain, provide mitigating solutions and options.
  • Create close working relationships with P24 personnel in each venue to facility project requirements
  • Apply practical solutions to problems that arise.
  • Input / export data onto Quest and other IT systems.
  • Management of client expectations through clear communication and co-ordination : creating presentations and documents for the client.
  • Support the Social and Sustainability manage to engage our team in our social purpose ambitions and the second life and legacy of the Look of the Games.
