- Toulouse area, France.
Join our dynamic Quality Engineering team, where you will be at the heart of engineering and product development, driving continuous improvement for Aerostructure Engineering organisation and for our aircraft.

Your challenges :Coach the business by spreading quality mindset and preventing non qualityAs First Implementation Check (FIC) focal point for Fuselage Structure NFF / NCF organisation, ensure deployment and coordination of FIC on aircraft for all programmes at FAL and Airbus AtlanticReport FIC deployment progress and issue to the relevant programme focal pointApply Practical Problem Solving (PPS) techniques for eradicating Root Causes of significant or recurrent concernsIn collaboration with engineering, support or facilitate Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) or Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to ensure 'right first time' designsRaise alert and ensure corrective actions are defined when critical deviation is detectedTake part of internal or supplier audits when necessaryLearn Continuously by being connected to the Q community and share good practices.Your boarding pass :Master degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering will be a plusGood knowledge of quality standards (Design Review, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, V&V)Acumen for data analysisExcellent communication skillsAdvanced level of English and FrenchExperience in design process / development or project management is a plusWhy join us ?We are a team based in Toulouse practicing inclusion and with high diversity (gender, culture, background), taking care of each other and living values of OneTeam, Reliability and Creativity.
