Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services in German and English.
• Leverage your sales experience to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate financial solutions.
• Guide customers through account openings, product inquiries, and any banking transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high-level satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system.
• Stay informed about banking regulations and products to aid clients effectively.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a banking or sales environment, is essential.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems will be an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new working environment.
