Within the central Marketing and Development department, Saint-Gobain's Customer Experience department plays an important role in enhancing the customer-centric culture. In order to best support our colleagues in Saint-Gobain's activities, the use and development of customer experience understanding and methodologies are emphasized. By using customer insights, we positively impact their experience and generate a positive and tangible business impact.
In this context, we are reinforcing our team with a Customer Experience Manager who will strengthen our offer.

Our team is made up of 4 people and one trainee per year for a period of 6 months.
This job will enable you to develop within the customer experience and digital marketing department, which belongs to the Marketing and Development group.
