Responsible for leading Customer ( distributors and key carriers )projects, from Kick-Off to Technical Acceptance (TA), ensuring the project is defined, planned and followed.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the customer requirements, ensuring they are analyzed, specified and distributed to all internal stakeholders :Software requirements, customization and testing needs.Hardware requirements, customization and testing needs.Specific logistics, regulatory, quality, marketing needs. Ability of allocate the needs to relevant team.Monitoring the customization development of the software and other components.Create and maintain the commercial references.Manage the Technical Acceptance process : support testing, customization delivery, samples order and delivery, test reports, technical acceptance report.Manage and update TA dates with internal stakeholders, including Sales teams, Operations, and Factory.Follow customer feedback and indicators and drive improvement actions.Provide support to Sales teams in order to answer Request For Proposal / Request For Quotation, with the support of the R&D team in China.Provide technical support to Global Account Managers (GAM) when required.Any other duties as defined by the Manager from time to time.Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within the telecom industry or a fast-paced goods international company, ideally with both a B2B and B2C background.
Proven track record of project management.
Degree in Computer Science is preferred.
Experience in multicultural environments and cross-functional teams.

Experience required : at least 5 years' experience in a kick-off delivery management format, on the industrial side, more smartphone-oriented, who has worked on this scope for an industrial company, to come and work with us on mobile issues. The others are less complex (router, tablet, TV). The most demanding being the mobile part. Who knows how to interface with the operators.
