The role may also support additionalHR administrative activities (such as employee data updates contract preparation or onboarding formalities).

KeyResponsibilities:

• Supportthesetupandmanagementofvisasystemsforeventstaff.
• Coordinateandmaintaininternaltoolsemailinboxanddatabasestoensureaccuracyandefficiency.
• LiaisewithkeyHBSteamsandeventstafftoresolvevisaissues.
• Ensuretimelydeliveryofreportsanddatatointernalandexternalpartners
• Provide support to the HR team on general HR administration
