Hardware Services Repair Manager

Your Mission

You manage the Maintenance Partners in SEE & MEA by contracting with them the right model and supporting them in the repair activity with training and ticketing. You display monthly KPI and take corrective actions and maintain a positivie and growing P&L for the service region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the HW services & technical team
• Manage and develop partnership in the different regions ensuring revenues and satisfaction
• Lead the Weekly meetings reviewing open tickets, LT and coordinating internally to answer partnerships
• Lead and organise the needed training accross the region
• Provide trainning of new products to partners
• Provide technical support to internal departments, customers and partners trough Jira Ticket or direct request
• Ensure the correct resolution of incidents in the field
• Ensure progress of sales revenues and give support to sales
• Ensure the correct functioning of the different services like the software catalogue or the remote keyloading

What you bring

• You're an engineer or have a technical degree with at least 5 years in a technical position (aftersales or R&D) and management experience of 5 years minimum in the payment industry
• Good knowledge about repair activities
• Experience in data analysis and report generation
• Ability to be assertive and communicate effectively
• Ability to developp opportunity and contrôle scope P&L
• Desirable PCI DSS, SAP knowledge, JIRA knowledge
