Job Overview

We are expanding our presence in France and seeking a senior manager to help transform our clients and lead high-performing project teams on large, complex transformational programs. This role offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth while contributing to impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client safety, productivity, and sustainability.
• Lead teams of consultants and experts to analyze operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Collaborate directly with clients to address pain points and develop effective strategies.
• Create and execute work plans, mobilize teams, and build capabilities.
• Ensure project delivery meets expected benefits.

Additional Details

This role is home-based in France but requires frequent client travel, potentially up to 4 days per week. Qualifications

• Degree or master’s in engineering or a related business field.
• Experience in management consulting with exposure to safety, operational risk, or operational excellence.
• Deep industry knowledge in manufacturing, chemicals, power & utilities, or oil & gas.
• Proven ability to sell complex consulting services at C-level with large clients.
• Experience managing diverse, remote teams and large projects.
• Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
