Airbus UpNext Digital Operations Manager

Job Description:

As part of the Airbus UpNext subsidiary and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer you are in charge of all IT aspects of the UpNext ecosystem.

This position is based in Toulouse (Saint Martin) and comes with a fixed-term contract (CDD - 18 months).

Starting date: ASAP

Missions

• Leading and animating the UpNext IT/IM Security network ensuring proper data management for all UpNext activities

• Developing and maintaining main Airbus Upnext IT tools (inventory management low-code BPMN solution specific UpNext IM infrastructure independent or attached to Airbus network) to support UpNext processes in a light and efficient business-oriented way

• Contributing to the compliance of the UpNext ecosystem as a subsidiary of Airbus for all IM/IT aspects. You are the primary interface with Airbus IT/IM services for all specific requests

• Proposing and suggesting IT improvements

• Supporting the UpNext demonstrators on all digital matters

• You are an outside the box thinker able to design and develop pragmatic tailored solutions enabling the agility efficiency and compliance required for a startup to operate within a large industrial group this position is for you.

The tasks may evolve during the course of the projects so being flexible is important.

Boarding Pass:

• Proven experience as an IT / IM Manager (or Officer) in a startup environment or in an innovative organization

• Good knowledge of AI Python PHP SQL AppsScript (Google champion is a plus)

• Experience in Airbus Network infrastructure private Cloud Design and data center are a plus

• Communication and problem-solving skills ability to understand complex systems and ability to work within a team in a fast paced environment

• Able to take initiatives to propose simpler and efficient ways of working

• Autonomy Adaptability Availability Accountability

• Eager to step out of the comfort zone
