    As Sales Director European Key Account reporting directly to the Managing Director of LPR and as a member of the Management Committee you play a central role in LPRs commercial development across Europe.

    You will lead the FMCG and Retail Key Account sales strategy manage dedicated sales teams and develop highvalue partnerships.

    You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction negotiating strategic contracts and deploying innovative solutions particularly within the supply chains of major European retailers.

    Your main responsibilities will include :

    • Defining and leading the European Key Account sales strategy in collaboration with the MD (Business Development & Account Management).
    • Managing and motivating the Sales teams .
    • Identifying and securing new growth opportunities .
    • Managing key contracts and ensuring compliance with commitments .
    • Enhancing the customer experience and commercial performance.
    • Promoting LPRs sustainable development solutions to retailers and partners.
