Senior Solicitor – Project Finance (Paris) | UK Qualification Preferred

We are currently recruiting a Senior Associate/Solicitor (7–10 years of experience) to join the Project Finance team of an international law firm based in Paris.

The team is recognised for its expertise in advising on complex transactions in the extractive industries, as well as energy and infrastructure projects. A significant portion of the work involves cross-border matters in emerging markets, including Francophone Africa.

🔍 Profile sought

• Senior Associate with 7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• UK qualification (Solicitor of England & Wales) strongly preferred.
• Solid experience in Project Finance / Projects, ideally gained in an international law firm or in a cross-border transactional environment.
• Strong ability to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.
• Demonstrated interest in emerging markets, especially Francophone Africa.
• Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
• Team spirit, precision, curiosity, and a strong client service mindset.
