Qualifications
- Experience in the Project Manager role for more than 4 years at a software development team and / or system integration projects;
- Salesforce knowledge is an advantage;
- Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices;
- Strong understanding of Scrum Methodology and Agile principles;
- Very good knowledge of the project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project);
- Project management skills, including the ability to execute and prioritize some tasks simultaneously;
- Overall personal skills : quick learner, passionate, motivated, and self-managed;
- Good written and verbal English communication skills;
- Knowledge of French is a great advantage.
Responsibilities
- Effectively prepare and defend services delivery plans, including timeline, cost structure, and staffing plans;
- Address customer inquiries and issues rapidly and efficiently;
- Be a trusted advisor and proactive but stress-free communicator to the client's team;
- Manage resource allocation for assigned projects and customers;
- Manage assigned project teams in an effective and professional manner, taking personal motivations and skills into consideration;
- Manage distributed project teams, including people from different locations and different time zones, such as France, Germany, the US, and Eastern Europe;
- Manage budget consumption and compliance with delivery timeline, using such tools as SAP BI, Salesforce, GanttPro, and Google G Suite;
- Manage quality of delivery;
- Prepare reports on project performance;
- Manage alignment with involved third parties;
- Ensure reaching of KPIs in recognized team workload, margin level and client satisfaction;
- Collect & transmit information relevant to CT products roadmap;
- Understand product strategy as well as CT Software roadmap. Use it for developing service plans with assigned customers;
- Contribute to the preparation of professional services and managed services contracts;
- Ensure that contractual terms and conditions are met. Work with sales teams to generate new business;
- Evaluate upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
