RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and coordinate the actual providing of services to customers in the field of cosmetics. Coordinate service distribution by identifying key markets, potential offering, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze feedback gathered by staff to determine potential for services and capacity requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
  • Identify market trends and needs and develop a marketing strategy to position services accordingly
  • Feedback trends and potential gaps to the other team members to support technology development
  • Identify relevant customer profiles and coordinates potential contact with the other business developers and business managers. Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
  • Align with the respective departments to prioritize activities and ensure sufficient capacity for customer projects
  • Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility and reputation of the organization, and its services.
  • Closely collaborates with colleagues from RDI, Care Solutions teams, sales and business development to ensure the success of the projects and good communication with key accounts
  • Use personal expertise to identify the services offered by the organization that meet the customer's needs. Present these to the customer with a clear rationale together with the sales colleagues or key account managers
  • Collaborate internally and work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external customer relationships.
  • Provide initial scientific support in the customer projects and be able to connect with the experts from the team for in depth exchanges

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree and trainings allowing to have knowledge in both business and skin biology
  • Good knowledge of skin biology, in vitro evaluation and product valorization
  • Ability to interact with marketing teams, innovation teams and procurement teams at the customer side by being able to talk about biology as well as service offering
  • Experience in working with people from different team and backgrounds in an international environment.
  • Ability to identify and synthetize customer needs, and propose action plans accordingly
  • Dynamism, creativity and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and French
