Beaucoup de gens ne savent pas en quoi ça consiste alors que c’est plutôt clair : je fais en sorte qu’employés (une équipe de 15 à 30 personnes) et clients soient heureux d’être chez McDonald’s.

J’organise et encadre le planning de mon équipe selon leurs disponibilités.
Je gère les stocks et les inventaires pour veiller à ce que rien ne manque.
Je suis garant du respect des règles d’hygiène et de la sécurité alimentaire.
