It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the Hilti strategic marketing team! We are redesigning the digital future of Hilti and are looking for new team members to play an integral part in our digital transformation journey. As graphic/web designer for our website team, you will help us steer our customers through our website by creating content that converts and deliver value.
If you have experience in design & layout, illustration, image editing, a strong marketing background and a passion to drive new innovations in user experience, this role is for you!

What You'll do

You will help your scrum team design, illustrate and create layout for our website content to create an engaging experience for our customers. This means you will; use your design skills to help create engaging landing pages that sell; build upon our design system crafting iconography; set standards for our content; work with Brand to help expand out visual identity as well as interact and collaborate daily with different teams, plus steer and coordinate review processes. To ensure the performance of your content and to derive insights for future content creation, you will collaborate with your product owner to measure it with data and through A/B testing.

What You’ll Bring

'- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer

• In-depth knowledge of design & layout, illustration and image editing
• Experience in using AI for creating visual content
• 3D experience, Contentful experience as well as basic HTML/CSS skills is a plus
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite and best-practice design execution
• Ability to handle several projects at a time
• Team player and “get things done” mentality
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, 3D modelling or similar is a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory
