How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? As Brand Manager, you are a senior and visionary results-driven Commercial Leader who will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Vacheron Constantin France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.

The ideal candidate brings extensive luxury retail experience and deep market insight in these regions along with a proven ability to nurture and convert high value clients. You’re both a strategic thinker and a proactive doer, who thrives driving results independently.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Build and implement strategic plans encompassing Brand Strategy, Sales, Distribution, Marketing & Communication, Stock & Supplies, Customer Relationship, Clienteling & Customer Services and P&L
  • Ensure a profitable and sustainable performance of Retail and Wholesale distribution channels
  • Lead and develop partner-operated boutiques
  • Encourage and stimulate a customer centric approach to achieve annual sales objectives and gain market share
  • Manage P&L, Inventory, DSO and other financial targets
  • Build a positive and consistent brand awareness, reputation and signature
  • Inspire a positive, entrepreneurial, agile and client centric attitude within the teams
  • Attract, develop and retain talented people to ensure a healthy long-term development for the Maison
  • Ensure a regular and optimum coordination with the various teams of our corporate headquarter

Requirements

  • Ability to work in fast-paced collaborative environment and to handle changes
  • Strategic thinker and leader, with strong business acumen and agility
  • Demonstrate passion, team spirit, conviction, honesty
  • Marketing and Business strategy implementation
  • Operational management of a country organization
  • Good knowledge of Digital trends and how to apply them in client interaction
  • Strong retail knowledge and experience
  • Experience in team management
  • Budget, P&L management
  • University graduate / Business School degree, ideally completed by an MBA or Executive Master
  • Experience in commercial management, sales (retail and wholesale), key account management, marketing
  • International background
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French (written & spoken)
