The CSR Department of EQUANS is looking for :
Sustainability & CSR manager (M / F)
position based in Courbevoie (92)
Positioned at the level of Equans Corporate, you will be directly reporting to Chief Sustainability Officer and will be playing a significant role in coordinating Sustainability activities, supporting the business units in managing annual disclosure processes, developing internal awareness and external promotion and contributing to develop and deploy Equans Sustainability programs enabling the transformation of the Company.
Your main roles will involve :
- preparation of annual Sustainability reporting with internal contributors (Procurement, Innovation, HR, Sales, business units ) in compliance to applicable law (CSRD, ISSB), standards and stakeholders expectations,
- and manage audit of ESG data by external auditors, planning, review assessment results and follow-up with contributors.
Support regional business units providing sustainability documentation and data for ratings,
- Double materiality Assessment and Impact - Risk and Opportunities mapping with internal contributors to support strategy definition and reporting frame, formalize and maintain preparation process,
- the Our Planet plan within the global performance project IMPACT , including identification and follow-up of short term and midterm targets,
- scheme for local Sustainability plans on construction sites and mapping of key external stakeholders, structure dialog around sustainability and support answer to their requests working closely with business units,
- to definition and deployment of Sustainability Marketing and Communication documents and deploy jointly with internal teams, develop positions on Sustainability topics
- preparation of answers to questionnaires (Ecovadis, CDP, ) as requested by customers and parent-company, support local teams for their own certifications,
- evolution of ESG regulations, reporting standards, benchmark with leaders to leverage for Equans’s benefits and participate to internal dedicated committees on ESG reporting,
- to the preparation of Equans Vigilance Plan,
- raising awareness material and organize training sessions,
- the development of the network of Sustainability champions in Equans countries, and preparation of internal committees,
- a scheme for positive social impact on local communities generating employees engagement and support development of Equans Fondation (TBC).
Expected Profile :
- degree (M1 / M2) in Engineering / Business / Sustainability management, Environmental sciences from a top tier school / university
- to 10 years’ experience in sustainability, CSR, environmental or social policies and similar fields
- with ESG reporting, auditing or ratings, stakeholders dialog, Sustainability strategy
- ability to lead project efficiently with multiple stakeholders in a global environment, and demonstrate ability to cooperate and support local teams
- in work organization, structure, rigor, ability to network and influence
- of current regulation, sustainability tools and reporting initiatives is a plus
- to collect, analyse data and prepare powerful synthesis
- verbal and written communication skills
- English and French (writing and speaking), other language would be a plus
