Job responsibilities and activities
As Assistant Store Manager at Maison Margiela, your responsibilities and activities are as follows :
- Team support and leadership : Assist the Store Manager in leading, motivating and training the sales team to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Sales and performance : Help meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, identifying opportunities and maintaining a sales-driven environment.
- Inventory and stock management : Contribute to the monitoring of stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy and assist with replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Customer Experience : Ensure a superior in-store experience for customers by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, resolving problems and offering personalized services.
- Operational efficiency : Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Skills and experience
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably within the luxury fashion or luxury goods industry.Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively.Sales Acumen : Strong sales and customer service background, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and build rapport with clients and staff alike.Strategic Thinking : Capable of developing and executing plans to improve store performance and client experience.Adaptability : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Personal Attributes : Professional, polished, and an embodiment of Maison Margiela image and values.J-18808-Ljbffr
