We're a rapidly expanding team filled with talented people from around the globe, and we are now looking for a Partner Manager based in Europe to help drive channel acquisition and make our partners successful for the most loved SMB messaging collaboration tool.

What you'll do :

  • Play a pivotal role in accelerating and developing our partnerships across BENELUX, DACH, UK and Iberia.
  • Identify, onboard, and enable relationships with the right partner persona from marketing agencies and IT / ITes organizations by running outbound campaigns.
  • Track partner performance, address challenges, and ensure alignment with growth targets for the region.
  • Drive go-to-market activities by working with cross-functional teams internally (e.g. product, product marketing, engineering, design, content, etc.) to plan and launch partnerships.
  • Manage existing portfolio of partners which includes upselling, expanding the scope, and optimizing current partnerships.

  • Having existing partner relationships in Europe which WATI can leverage.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience overall with at least 4 years of experience in partnerships, preferably in a SAAS company.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), energetic, team player.
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Prior experience in building a partnership program and a track record of building successful partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Apollo.
  • Fluent in English is a must and German / Spanish fluency is a plus.
