Market Researcher (mfd)

Market Research is at the heart of a customercentric company. Market Researchers identify consumer insights and market trends to fuel our innovation pipeline (e.g. U&A) and improve our offer (e.g. concept testing). They also measure the effectiveness of our marketing spend (brand tracker ereputation pre/postcampaign testing).

This role reports to the Head of Market Research and covers a wide scope collaborating across Marketing Data & Analytics User Research Partnerships and Product.

What you will do:

• Work across diverse projects methodologies and business questions

• Design compelling research protocols (survey questionnaire design qualitative moderation guides) tailored to business needs

• Manage agencies endtoend - from briefing to ensuring quality delivery and deadlines

• Transform multisource data into clear narratives and actionable insights with business impact

• Drive adoption of insights; support stakeholders by leveraging existing knowledge or designing adhoc studies

• Present data in visually intuitive and creative ways

Qualifications :

This role is a strong fit for someone with:

• 3 years of experience in market research (clientside or agency)

• Handson experience with quantitative and qualitative methodologies

• Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills

• Confidence presenting and sharing findings with key stakeholders

• Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and share knowledge with Deezer teams

• Rigor and strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required
