Product Owner

Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to recruit a Product Owner for one of their most impactful internal platforms, Prism .

Location : Paris, France

Contract : Full-time, permanent (CDI - not currently open to freelance)

Hybrid : 3 days per week on-site at the Digital Accelerator

About the role

Prism is Sanofi’s global solution for Marketing Mix Modelling and Budget Allocation Optimisation . Built in-house and already well adopted across teams, it brings together advanced data science, robust engineering, and a user-focused web interface — helping internal users make smarter, data-driven marketing decisions across markets and brands.

You’ll join a skilled and collaborative team made up of data scientists, data engineers, full stack developers, and a CX designer , all based in Paris. The current Product Owner is stepping up into a Product Line Owner role and will remain closely involved to support and mentor you.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on product ownership role with plenty of room to shape direction and scale impact — especially with the upcoming focus on adoption in the US.

Must haves

• Strong product ownership experience in a technical environment
• Analytical mindset, not afraid of maths or complex data flows
• Comfortable collaborating with data teams (data scientists, data engineers)
• Confident writing user stories , shaping product vision, and engaging with users
• Technically curious, you enjoy prototyping or tweaking small features when needed
• Solid communication skills, capable of explaining product value clearly to both users and stakeholders
• Fluent in English
