Description de posteExcellent understanding of the entire test lifecycle, test automation and SW Expertise in development of test strategies, test cases, script evaluation and implementation Proven experience in project planning (including workload estimation, planning, tracking, risk management, bug tracking) Excellent knowledge and overview of the semiconductor / wireless market and ecosystem Strategic and hands on mentality - ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Outstanding leadership experience (at 2 levels of reporting) Management of multi-site teams Outstanding and adaptable communication skills Customer orientated, collaborative mindset, advocate for teamwork in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment Masters in Telecom Engineering / Wireless Communication Engineering / Computer Science
A dynamic and innovative client focussed on innovative solutions for the wireless, broadband and cellular IoT ecosystem are searching for a key leader to join their senior team based in Paris.
You would be reporting to the VP of Engineering, leading the Product Validation and Product Qualification teams as well as driving forward constant evolution of the testing strategy.
Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for ensuring each stage of the entire testing process is executed with the highest level of quality, verifying compliance with the relevant standards or requirements of operators.
- Participation to Product specification review
- Test planning and strategy development
- Test execution or reporting Resource management
- Stakeholder communication and management
- Risk management
- Procedure improvement
- Controls project budgets within his field of responsibilities
