In close partnership with the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in shaping how Rail Europe attracts, develops, and inspires talent, driving both recruitment excellence and long‑term growth.
Talent Acquisition
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from needs definition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to design role profiles aligned with business needs.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Track and analyze KPIs to continuously improve hiring practices.
Performance & Talent Management
- Co‑lead the annual performance review cycle and promote a feedback‑driven culture.
- Run talent reviews, succession planning, and support individual development plans.
- Design career paths and mobility frameworks to enable long‑term growth.
- Support managers and employees in adopting performance processes.
Brand & Communications
- Strengthen employer branding through referrals, social platforms and employee advocacy.
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and Head of Communications to align priorities and ensure clear, engaging People communication (internal & external).
- Build simple tools and rituals that connect our diverse, remote‑first team and foster culture.
What You Bring
- 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or HR Business Partnering in international environments.
- Strong recruitment expertise: you know how to attract, assess and hire the best profiles across functions and geographies.
- Proven experience in performance & talent management programs (reviews, succession, development).
- Change leadership skills: you guide managers and employees through transformation with clarity and empathy.
- Data‑driven mindset: you track KPIs, analyze outcomes and use insights to improve.
- Communication & influence: you act as a trusted partner for hiring managers, HR peers and leadership teams.
