Business Developer Hotel Contracting Croatia (mfd)

Your Mission

As a Global Buyer Croatia youll play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our European hotel portfolio. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence France youll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels in Germany and Austria ensuring our members enjoy exceptional travel experiences while driving strong business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with our partners across Croatia to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing Content and Operations) to optimize campaign performance and deliver outstanding member experiences.
Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings calls and on-site visits when required.
Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels across Croatia ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

Your profile:

Around 3 years of experience in contracting tour operating DMCs or hospitality preferably in Croatia
Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
Good knowledge of the local market and an eagerness to build strong industry contacts.
Comfortable in a dynamic fast-growing environment.
Structured data-aware and always looking for ways to improve processes.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Croatia to meet partners.
Fluent in English.
