Provide high-quality customer support in French (C2 level)

Use English (B2 level) for internal communication and documentation

Represent well-known international brands

Deliver customer support via phone, email, or chat, following company standards

Requirements

French C2 (mandatory)

English B2 (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Valid authorization to work in Greece or citizenship from a Eurozone / EU country

Ability to work in a remote, international environment
