Turner Lovell is supporting a key player in the electrification and industrial energy transition space. Known for delivering high-performance electrical drive systems, our client is seeking a Low Voltage Converter Engineer to join their engineering team in Ile de France. You will work on cutting-edge drive systems combining LV converters, motors, and distribution components, designed for critical industrial applications across the globe.

Your Role : As an Electrical design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the technical delivery and integration of standard LV drive systems within customer sites and specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
Acquire deep technical knowledge of the company’s product-based LV converter range, both hardware and software.Select equipment and define methods based on project input (contract, client specs, norms, expected performance).Design or modify electrotechnical systems and support configuration of drive components.Produce technical documentation including specs, electrical schematics, installation packages, and supplier consultations.Manage external suppliers and subcontractors for equipment alignment and documentation.Conduct FAT at the integrator's site and provide commissioning support on customer premises.Support commercial teams with technical input during proposal phases.Actively contribute to product improvement processes in collaboration with drive manufacturers.Travel across France and internationally for technical meetings and site activities.The Ideal Candidate :
Degree or technician-level background in Electrical Engineering.Proven experience in power electronics, electrical drives, or rotating machinery in an industrial context.Strong knowledge of electrotechnical design and a passion for hands-on engineering.Familiarity with CAD tools and technical documentation.Fluent in French and working knowledge of English.Why Apply?
