The Centre Head is responsible for the overall functioning, performance, and growth of the centre. This role involves managing daily operations, driving admissions, leading the team, and ensuring a high-quality experience for parents and children while maintaining strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Centre Operations: Oversee end-to-end centre operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to organizational standards.
- Admissions & Conversions: Manage walk-ins, follow up on leads, and drive conversions to achieve admissions targets.
- Parent & Team Management: Act as the single point of contact for parents and the internal team, ensuring effective issue resolution and support.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and guide the team to enhance performance, accountability, and professional growth.
- Financial Management: Own the Profit & Loss of the centre, ensuring revenue growth and cost control.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure implementation of early childhood education practices and maintain service quality across the centre.
