Product Manager (Chef de Produit) - Telecom & data Equipment

Location : in one of our location in France Paris (HQ), Charleville-Mézières area or Belgium ( Mons ), Germany ( Mönchengladbach ) or Casablanca area (Morocco)

Aginode is recruiting two Product Managers to support and grow our Telecom & Data business across EMEA. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow his / her knowledge and experience in the telecom and / or data sector in an international operating company.

This role can be based in one of our offices in Europe or North Africa.

How you’ll build smart connections

With your background in Telecom engineering and / or Data networks, you will support Senior Product & Solutions Managers to contribute to the development of new markets and related new products and to enhance the current portfolio.

Your responsibilities will cover various aspects of product management, from market analysis, product development / industrialization, Life cycle analysis and Environmental impact, spec-in to customers and launching marketing campaign co-construction.

The role requires significant interaction with R&D, Technical support teams, Purchasing, Product Management colleagues, Sales, Industrial and plant managers and Marketing as well as the ability to develop external relationships with partners, suppliers and customers.

Main responsibilities

• and Solutions strategy (market understanding and analysis, segment analysis and positioning, driving the roadmap with a strategic vision focused on innovation, initiating and sponsoring new products development )
• portfolio management (Product range management, expertise of product portfolio from costs to design and applications, Build product specifications in close collaboration with R&D and other stakeholders, analysis and pricing recommendations )
• impact assessment, Eco-design guidelines and Life cycle analysis in relation with the Aginode CSR ambition.
• to sales and customers (Direct customers interactions, support to Sales teams to develop new strategies and to answer to large tenders, decides on customization, products developments and sourcing of products, post-sales support on Management / Monitoring Systems )
• Development (Tracking, evaluation and management of business opportunities, technical presentations / demonstrations to colleagues and customers, promotional activities )

Required qualifications and competencies

• Higher education degree, preferably in engineering, telecom or data networks or project management
• Excellent communication skills and strong willingness to work collaboratively
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Innovative mindset
• Passion for technology and understanding customer needs
• Customer and market focus
• Willingness to travel and be away from home several days per month
• Fluent in English, any other extra language is an asset
