If so, we invite you to explore the role of Scent Communications Manager at IFF’s SCENT business unit.

Your Role: As our Scent Communications Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our narrative, sharing the innovative spirit and creative excellence that define IFF. You’ll craft compelling stories across various segments—from consumer to fine fragrances, ingredients to naturals—showcasing how our scents awaken the senses.

Collaborate with a global team of experts including perfumers, chemists, agronomists, marketers, and more. Together with our VP of Communication and Branding, you’ll develop both digital and traditional content that resonates internally and externally, propelling our growth strategy forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Devise a dynamic social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn
• Partner with diverse teams to curate engaging content
• Launch press releases celebrating innovation alongside top PR agencies
• Design captivating event experiences from concept to execution
• Create multimedia content—newsletters, articles, videos—that tells our story
• Liaise with designers and videographers for visually stunning materials
• Keep our website fresh with regular updates

Job Requirements

A social media savant who knows how to engage audiences on LinkedIn and YouTube. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments while juggling multiple projects.

If you have 2+ years in communications or related fields plus a degree in literature or humanities (and are fluent in English), we’re looking for you!
