As a Customer Contact, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by balancing production activities on the plant floor while maintaining optimal, minimal inventory levels. You will be responsible for maintaining close communication with customers, developing and monitoring the master production schedule, and supporting the preparation and execution of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
In addition, you will manage safety stock levels, monitor delivery performance, follow up on alerts, and contribute to overall cost and inventory efficiency.
