Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Dailymotion in Paris, you will be an integral part of our sales team with a specific focus on the United Kingdom market.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and drive business growth in the UK. Proficiency in English, particularly in a business context, is essential to effectively communicate with prospects in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Lead Generation :
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential prospects within our B2B market in the UK.
- Utilize various tools and channels, such as professional social networks, databases, and events, to generate qualified leads.
- Initiate initial conversations with prospects through emails, phone calls, and online demos to present the benefits of Dailymotion for Enterprise.
2) Prospect Qualification :
- Understand prospects' needs and assess their fit with our products and services.
- Perform in-depth analysis of prospects to identify potential business opportunities in the UK market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and online demos with qualified prospects.
3) Follow-up and Data Management :
- Use a CRM to record, track, and manage prospect information and sales activities.
- Regularly update prospect data and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Generate reports and analyses to evaluate the performance of lead-generation campaigns and sales activities in the UK market.
4) Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product management teams to align objectives and strategies, with a specific focus on the UK market.
- Provide valuable insights into the UK market and potential customers to enhance our offerings and sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in international business development or equivalent
- At least 1 year of previous work experience in sales, business development, marketing, or lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and phone skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com, is a plus.
