The Global Travel Retail works in close relationship with its main customers to deliver
unique brand experiences in the biggest Airports and Cruises Lines across the world. In the highly dynamic environment of Travel Retail, our team are dedicated to share and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio.
As part of the Travel Retail Europe team based in Paris, you will support the Retail
Operations Manager to implement the 2024 and 2025 retail projects & trade marketing plans in flagship airports on our full Wines & Spirits portfolio.
MISSIONS :
Support the team in the implementation of the annual marketing plan :
- Support internal marketing team in designing temporary animations in flagship Airports
- Ensure perfect implementation by working in close relationship with Clients operational teams, external production and temporary staff agencies
- Follow up on sales impact, KPI’s and identify potential improvementsSupport the team in managing daily retail operations for flagship boutiques :
- Support internal marketing team in designing and implementing annual marketing plan and consumer experiences in flagship boutiques at the airport
- Analyze & share retail KPIs performance evolution with staff supervisors to set
priorities and adapt coaching plan
- Conduct incentive plans and training plans to retail staff teams
- Organize Maison visits for retail staff teams
Profile
PROFILE
Currently in a Business School or equivalent, you have a good understanding of
Marketing / Brand Management concepts and of Retail Operations. Following a previous
experience, you show strong communication & interpersonal skills as well as attention to details. Dynamic and proactive, you know how to lead several projects in a highly
competitive environment. An experience working in retail or luxury sector would be a plus.
