The position is 6 months Maternity Cover contract ( March to August 2026)
Purpose of role
This role is in charge of the full spectrum HR business partnership and HR Operations support (160 FTE) to INEOS Styrolution business in France (manufacturing site + commercial entity) and Synthos Wingles (40 employees).
The scope includes but not limited to support of staff and managers in all personnel matters, recruiting, industrial relations, succession planning, HRIS maintenance, labor union management, labor law issues etc.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities of the Job
- All HR-related queries and site communication (employee & manager)
- Contracting (Hiring, promotion, warning, termination, working time changes, temp)
- Oversee the employee lifecycle from an admin perspective and develop the competencies
- Works council hearings / alignment, negotiations, CLA (company labor agreements)
- Reporting, Surveys & Audits
- Main HR contract (member Site Leadership Team, Group, Relations with Chemical companies in North of France and others INEOS plants.
- Labor case
- Follow up HR budget
- Participate to the final interviews
- Follow-up the yearly training plan and approve a new request during the year / check budget
- Inform payroll officer of monthly changes (transmit official and signed agreement) and approve monthly payroll
- Supervise company health mutual, provident fund, supplementary pension contract's…
- Follow-up performance review
- Manage individual increase (salary or grade)
- Follow-up medical screening and accidents and occupational diseases declaration
- Employee termination + offboarding step (exit interview)
Required Profile
Hold Master's degree or equivalent in human resources management, business administration, or related majors10+ years of HR general management experience,Fluent in English communication and presentationProfessional knowledge in all HR functions in local marketSavvy negotiation skills in managing labor unionResult and performance oriented; strong business and commercial acumenFamiliar with French labor legislations and market practiceCollaborate with global and regional team effectively
