The Centre Manager is a key role to achieving a successful re-opening of this classic PGL centre and to lead an effective, passionate team in the south of France in Summer 2024!
THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a fixed term contract (or secondment) to run the operation ensuring the centre is well prepared in the lead up to the first arrivals in mid-May, overseeing the different aspects of the operation including the hospitality departments, paddle team, guest care team and the relationships with local out-sourced businesses.
The centre has a bed capacity of 210 guests and will welcome a team of 34 colleagues. As the Centre Manager you will play a crucial part in ensuring the PGL offering is delivered with excellence to each and every guest, it continues to deliver a strong financial performance, all underpinned by a strong culture of excellent health and safety and safeguarding.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll develop and lead a dynamic and inspirational team, setting clear objectives and ensuring they have all the support they need to be successful in their roles. You’ll embrace our core PGL values and implement them in the running of this 24/7 operation, and the complex challenges associated with residential settings of this scale.
