As a hotel mystery guest you will visit hotels and assess their brand requirements cleanliness condition and overall experience. Your knowledge and feedback help hotels improve and ensure exceptional service for guests. Its an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy travel independence and making a difference!

Responsibilities:

• Attention to Detail:Meticulously evaluate hotel aspects from room cleanliness to staff interactions.

• Accurate Assessments:Develop detailed and consistent evaluations and concise written reports.

• Timeliness:Meet assessment deadlines efficiently.

• Client Relations:Build positive relationships with property executives.

Requirements:

• Experience:Familiar with hotel operations and management

• Full work permit in France: No visa sponsorship

• Language Proficiency:Excellent proficiency in French (additional languages are a plus)

• Independence:Ability to work autonomously meet strict deadlines and manage stress effectively

• Location: Based in a major city with good transport connections

• Tech Proficiency:Familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Valid Passport and Driving License:Required for travel in France

• Time Commitment:Willing to travel. Available to work from Monday to Friday approximately 3 weeks per month.

This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis; you can contract directly as an individual or through your own company.
